“I never felt coached by my boss in my entire stay with our company, how about you dude?”
“Hahaha..coaching? Ano ba, wala sa aming coaching kasi halos araw-araw nag uusap kami.”

Kung “coaching”hinahanap mo, hindi siguro ako ang dapat mong tanungin kasi iba and kalakaran sa amin…..ganito na lang, siguro imbis na “coaching”ang binigay sa akin at sa mga kasama ko sa grupo, ang ibinihagi niya ay ang kanyang tiwala para kami ay kumilos ng kusa, mag-kamali, at matuto”.
“Eh sa akin kasi, I don’t have feedback if I am doing good or bad, If I am right or wrong,..or how shallow my work is. It’s all work, no personal touch”

“In my almost five years of stay, I got a feedback for the first time in my persformance appraisal report —GOOD IN MARKETING! I t also said I was creative, a good coach/mentor, and good in project execution. I had it photo-copied so that I can readt it during my “low-points” ! Kulang na lang i-pa-frame ko noh!”
